Kaizer Chiefs v Orlando Pirates

The two biggest football teams in South Africa. Rivals for as long as can be. Both teams recently launched their kits for the 2014/15 season.

In celebration of Nelson Mandela Day, I thought I’d take a look see at what’s been happening in the Southern Hemisphere with these two giants.

The kit features a gold shirt with a high crewneck and cuffs to match, while there is a single, thick black stripe extended from the left shoulder to the chest with the Kaizer Chiefs logo positioned across both colors. Black shorts and gold socks with a black band complete the new home kit.
